The products offered through the website are distributed within the Spanish territory comprised of the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded) (hereinafter the territory).

In the event that the customer, after making the purchase, wishes to modify the delivery address, he must do so directly with the transport company.

In case of not locating the client for the delivery of the product and after arranging new delivery dates without success within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days for reasons not attributable to GUSTAMAN S.L. or to the carrier, the products will be returned to the GUSTAMAN warehouses, who may charge the customer the shipping and return costs, as well as any associated management costs.

The delivery is considered made from the moment in which the product has been made available at the place of delivery indicated by the customer or at the corresponding collection point. In some cases, the Products are sent directly by external collaborators of GUSTAMAN. This information will be visible in the details of the package sent.

The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage to the product from the moment he takes physical possession of the product. In the event that the loss or damage to the product occurs before physical delivery to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, GUSTAMAN may choose between reimbursing the amounts paid or sending a new product.

In the event that, when opening the packages with the products, the customer sees that they are damaged due to transport, that they are wrong or that products are missing from the same order, they must notify GUSTAMAN in writing in a term not exceeding five (5) calendar days from delivery; Otherwise, no return will be accepted.


In accordance with the applicable legislation, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product or from the conclusion of the contract if it is a service, to communicate their total or partial withdrawal from the purchase of the product. or contracting the service. GUSTAMAN will manage the price refund order through the same payment system used by the customer to purchase the products, within a period of forty-eight (48) hours from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order and, in any case, within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days since the client communicated his withdrawal. However, the effective application of the price refund to the customer’s account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The period of application of the price refund may reach up to seven (7) calendar days for debit cards and up to thirty (30) calendar days for credit cards.

Return of defective Products
